Position Overview
Successful candidate shall be well-versed in multi-disciplinary engineering coordination and supervision.
Essential Job Functions
• Technical coordination with all engineering disciplines (Architectural, Civil & Structural, Electrical & Telecommunication, and Mechanical).
• Technical supervision of all projects of the company. Provide technical advice on all projects.
• Study RFPs and prepare technical proposal. Advice management in preparation/formulation of commercial proposal.
• Meet with the Clients and clarify technical queries of the clients, suggest alternatives, provide solutions, etc. and coordinate back with the project team.
• Meet potential clients for business development. Represent the company’s technical/ project development abilities in a good spirit.

Requirements: |
|
- An architect with a minimum Bachelor’s degree in the discipline from a reputable university. |
|
- The incumbent shall have a minimum of 12 to 16 years of experience in multi-disciplinary architectural and engineering coordination and supervision works on residential and commercial projects. |
|
- Ability to design is much preferable. |
|
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian Standards, Codes and municipal and other governmental rules and regulations related to the construction industry is important |
|
- Should be able to work with MS Excel and relevant Engineering Software. |
|
- Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is important. |
