Position Overview
The incumbent will serve as Design Architect. This position requires high level skills in Design and Coordination.
Essential Job Functions
• Design responsibilities shall include Architectural Concepts, plans, detail designs, technical specifications, basis of design, design analysis (calculations), reports, studies and any other architectural matters assigned.
• Responsibilities to include Technical review activities as required for projects assigned.
• Meet clients to understand their requirements, provide clarification, prepare and modify concepts and designs accordingly to their satisfaction.
• Perform studies, analyses, and/or investigations as required to render determination, basis for design or general guidance to other disciplines and/or Management.

Requirements: |
|
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or above qualification. |
|
- The incumbent shall have a minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design of significant projects including hospitality, corporate offices, technology parks, townships, shopping malls, and residential projects. |
|
- Should have good ability in self-drafting using software like AutoCAD etc. |
|
- Understanding of Saudi culture and customs will be an added advantage. |
