Position Overview
The position requires high level skills in creating 3D architectural conceptual and finished designs.
Essential Job Functions
• Prepare 2D and 3D Architectural drawings, perspectives, plans, models, elevations, interiors, for presentations and display.
• Work with insight, artistry, and creativity.
• Use advance tools for model making or use latest software in 3D rendering. Construct full-size and scale models of landscape, engineering, and architectural designs.
• Construct elevations, sections, and bird’s-eye-view models.
• Consult with the designers and understand the details.
• Add detail to create authenticity such as windows, road lines, and lettering.
• Alter models to meet new specifications.

Requirements: |
|
- High level skills in 3D rendering and 3D presentation is required for this position. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Architect with at least 5 years of experience in the area of 3D rendering and presentation of significant projects including hospitality buildings, corporate offices, technology parks, townships, shopping malls, and residential projects. |
|
- Computer Skills required are: AutoCad 3D, Adobe Photoshop, 3D Max (Using advanced light, 3D Plugins like V-Ray and Brazil),Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effect. MS Office XP (Word and PowerPoint). |
|
- The ideal person will have an aptitude for arts with ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering designs. |
|
- Understanding of Saudi culture and customs will be an added advantage |
