Main Duties
- To prepare Bill of Quantities for Architecture and interior Design trades
- To quantify and to monitor the Main Contract / Subcontract variations for Architecture and Interior Design trades in close collaboration with the Design Manager, during the Design as well as during the Construction phase of the project.

Requirements: |
|
- Degree in Architecture |
|
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position |
|
- Experience for having worked on large-scale project |
|
- Computer skills: Windows office, AutoCAD. |
|
- Languages: English and Arabic (French speaking will be considered as an advantage) |
